The paper "Probe-aided MulTCP: An Aggregate Congestion Control Mechanism" is one of the recent efforts about aggregate congestion control, which could be used for scenarios like edge-to-edge overlay, wireless TCP proxy, QoS provisioning and mass data transport. On 28.09.2007 we welcome the following researchers to our group: Pan Hui, a member of Computer Lab, University of Cambridge who expects to receive his Ph.D. in October 2007; Hamed Haddadi, Ph.D. candidate at UCL and currently visiting researcher at Microsoft Research Cambridge and U Cambridge. They will give talks on their research starting from 14:00 at Sternwarte seminar room.
