Description
The IETF has developed a new network signaling protocol suite for different purposes of signaling. Several researchers proposed to use it for per-flow signaling of IntServ Controlled-Load Services (CLS).
This thesis aims to implement the proposal and evaluate against the Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP) in such a use case.

Requirements
Good programming skills in C/C++; good understanding of computer networking and knowledge of QoS. Completion of a Computer Networks lecture and practical course preferred.
