Dr. Tingting Yuan awarded with the prestigious Humboldt Fellowship
Dr. Tingting Yuan is awarded with the prestigious Humboldt Research Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers. Congratulations!
In providing Humboldt Research Fellowships for postdoctoral researchers, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation enables highly-qualified scientists and scholars from abroad who are just embarking on their academic careers and who completed their doctorates less than four years ago to spend extended periods of research (6–24 months) in Germany. Awardees come from all disciplines and countries but every year only a very limited number of computer scientists (typically less than 10) are selected.
Tingting received her PhD degree in Computer Science in 2018 from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. She was a postdoc researcher at INRIA during 2018-2020 and then joined the Computer Networks Group at the University of Göttingen in October 2020. She becomes the third Humboldt Fellow at the Computer Networks Group and the Institute of Computer Science, after Dr. Wenzhong Li (2011-2013) and Dr. Xu Chen (2014-2016).
