Prof. Branka Vucetic's research visit and talk on AI-based Design of 6G Networks
We're pleased to host Prof. Branka Vucetic's visit during June 26-30, 2023, who will deliver a distinguished speaker's talk on AI-based Design of 6G Networks on June 27, 2023, 14:00-16:00 at the Institute of Computer Science, seminar room SR1.101.
Abstract: In this talk, a vision of use cases in future wireless 6G networks will be presented. 6G will provide distributed AI and a plug-and-play infrastructure for various IoT services. AI combined with domain knowledge will be used to design 6G, as conventional analytical methods will not be able to meet the stringent requirements of the future 6G services and deal with increasing network complexity. A framework for using AI in 6G design will be presented. Some research results from the Sydney Centre for IoT and Telecommunications on AI-based designs of 6G physical, MAC and network layers will be demonstrated.
